    Hello, there.

It looks like Jetpack has been connected, but that the queue of items to be synced from your site over to Jetpack (so that it can publicize your posts, send posts out to subscribers, and more) has been lagging behind.

I’m unsure of the cause on that, but I’ve just pushed Jetpack to perform a completely new sync of your content to catch up. I’m not positive how long this could take, but if you see some of the same behavior happening by this time tomorrow, please do let us know and we’ll take a deeper look. Thanks so much!

MY ISSUE MAY BE MUCH DEEPER.

    Outbound HTTPS not working
Your site could not connect to WordPress.com via HTTPS. This could be due to any number of reasons, including faulty SSL certificates, misconfigured or missing SSL libraries, or network issues.

    Hi @webboy10169,

It looks like Jetpack is well connected now, and everything seems to be working fine as expected. The site is also now full synced so you should be all set as far as Jetpack is concerned.

Are you still seeing the errors you mentioned in your last message? If so, can you tell me where you see them specifically? Your SSL certificate looks good to me ??

    Thanks!

If I click on the jetpack tab I see this at the top of the page:

    Outbound HTTPS not working
Your site could not connect to WordPress.com via HTTPS. This could be due to any number of reasons, including faulty SSL certificates, misconfigured or missing SSL libraries, or network issues.

Jetpack will re-test for HTTPS support once a day, but you can click here to try again immediately: Try again WordPress reports no SSL support

Threw the site health plugin I’m getting this:

Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.

The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Im also not seeing one post hit our Instagram through the IG publicize feature…

I’m seeing that Jetpack is currently having that outbound HTTPS issue, but it wasn’t when we were taking looks earlier. Hmm.

In this case, I think it’s best that you reach out to your webhost to ask them if they can investigate why your site’s outbound HTTPS is intermittently not working – when it can’t connect through that method, then Jetpack’s features won’t work properly and could cause missing items like the items through Publicize you noticed.

It’s worth also mentioning the loopback requests issue that Health Check found as well.

Once you’ve spoken with them, please let us know if they find and fix anything and we can go from there. Thanks!

    Hey @webboy10169,

Since it’s been more than a week since we’ve heard from you, I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as Resolved. If you still need a hand, please feel free to reach back out here and mark the thread as not resolved.

    Thanks!
