site redesign – need your suggestions

Hi Folks

My site is https://www.digital-reefs.com

I’m thinking about redesigning the layout a bit so that rather than the blog entries appearing as one long list, only the most recent post is at ‘full size’, then the others are condensed and maybe laid out in 2 columns below – basically something more along the lines of https://www.practicalfishkeeping.co.uk/blog.php

My question is, is there a theme that could do this, or something like it?

If I could find a theme would there be a way to trial the new layout offline with the current ‘live’ content used?
