Hi, I’ve searched for solutions, but I can’t find anything that I can do on my end.

I am locked out of my login with the following screen:
“Jetpack has locked your site’s login page.
Your IP address 108.167.164.118 has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email. Learn More”

After some forum searching it seems I have the same issue as others, but I cannot see a solution.

If I go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/hostname-ip and check my website, sunriverhoney.com, I can see that it is hosted on 108.167.164.118. So the server IP is being reported to Jetpack and that is why I am locked out.

How can I get back in though!?

    Thanks

Well, the first time I clicked the link in the activation email I got an error page, but I reclicked it and I am now able to login. I will be disabling Jetpack Protect and going with an alternative.
