    Hi,

URGENT HELP NEEDED. I’ve been using totalkeep to backup my site automatically. It seems the last time there was a backup was in June. I have updated to the latest version of wordpress and found my site had an error 500. When I restored, I lost the last months worth of work on my site. Please please please help. Is there anyway I can get my site back up and running as it was.

    Hi @akashohu,

I’m very sorry to hear about the predicament you’re in, I hope we can help.

I have updated to the latest version of wordpress and found my site had an error 500.

Did you by chance make a backup of your site before upgrading WordPress?

Your domain is pointing to web-hosting.com, which seems to be handled by namecheap.com. Is that who you’re hosting your website with?

If so, it looks like they just might have a backup you can restore. Please read this article and contact them right away.

    Do you have server backups?
Yes, each server’s data is backed up once every 3-7 days depending on the account’s type and server’s specification.

    Please keep us updated.
