I ran Site Review on my WPMU and for 10 minutes it was installing driving my CPU to 340%. Finially I FTP in and removed the plugin. All sites were basically frozen during this time. I tried on additional time about an hour later, same thing.

How many sites do you have in your Multisite? Site Reviews has been tested on a local Multisite install with 10 sites with no issues.

Do you have access to your server PHP error logs? If so, they may have entries that explain what happened.

Please also check the following directories and see if there are any error entries in the Site Reviews log files.

    /wp-content/uploads/site-reviews/logs/
    /wp-content/uploads/sites/{SITE_ID}/site-reviews/logs/

It could also be due to a compatibility issue with one of the plugins installed on your multisite network. Check if you have any Migration plugins from Flywheel, WPEngine, etc. that have a version of 4.97, if so, please disable them as they contain a serious bug which crashes Site Reviews.
