Hi @dsl225, thank you for reaching out. May I know what version of iTSec are you using?

I just updated to your latest version 8.1.3 and I enabled at this occasion the site scanner for all sites I manage. I’m getting this error only at a single site, all others had no issues.

@dsl225 thanks for the update. Could you please try deactivating all plugins except iTSec and switching to a default WP theme and see if it helps? If the issue still occurs, please try deactivating and deleting the iTSec plugin and re-install. Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks but no thanks.
This is a client site and I really don’t feel comfortable performing such experiments there as this would require waiting until the scanner runs again and I cannot leave that site in such a state for so long.

I simply disabled the site scanner as this was the previous state of the site.

Thanks for your help but sorry, I just give up on this.

@dsl225 I understand your concern about this. Would you be able to set up a staging copy of the live site for you to test the recommended troubleshooting steps?

Yes, probably at a later stage but it’s not a priority at the moment.
Many thanks for your recommendations and help but I’ll leave things as they are for the moment.
