site scroll on its own

    hello my site behave strane, it automatically make slight movemnet to top . For example i am in the contact module..the site scroll up. If i disable elementskit plugin no porblem, if i have it enabled and disbaled all the widget ..i still have the problem

    So how can be sorted?
