You need to use plugins for overcoming those issues.

For caching and minification, you can use W3 Total Cache plugin.

For image optimization, you can use WP Smush plugin.

And for Above the fold Optimization, you can use Above fold optimization plugin.

Also, you can use Autoptimize to minify CSS and js files.
