Site speed!!!

I am really sorry to hear you experienced that with our plugin and wanted to take a minute to apologize for causing your website to be slower – as you can image it is the last thing we want Kiwi to do.
We also would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It will help us get to the bottom of this and fix it.

While we did work on improving the performance of the plugin and put a lot of work into it, it seems there are still a few improvements that need to be made and we will work on them asap.

That being said, in order to pinpoint the issue, could you please let me know if you had ‘Show share counts’ option turn on?

Thank you again for your feedback. It was sent to our developers so they can discuss and work on it. Once it’s done, maybe you will give Kiwi another shot.

You’re right! If disable the “Show share counts”, Waiting (TTFB) – 329 ms!

Thank you for letting me know and help pinpoint this! We appreciate it. I have forwarded this to our development team and they will search for a solution so that having the ‘Show share counts’ option turned on does not affect site speed.

Seeing that indeed turning that option off helped reduce your site’s speed maybe you would be willing to increase your rating. We put a lot of time and effort developing this plugin and it would help us.
