Hello! I am currently working as a creative writer for a company, and before I arrived, they had a blog without the Scribe plugin. They were looking to improve their blog SEO, so when I arrived, they decided to install the plugin. Since then, because of the plugin installation, they had to create a new site and transfer all of the old blog posts over. I have noticed that the “site stats” feature that WordPress comes with has disappeared. Is this normal? We were hoping we could get that back somehow.
    Thank you.

It’s not Scribe. Check your screen options in the upper right corner.

I’ve looked, and it’s not there, the only available screen options are: At a Glance, Activity, Quick Draft, WordPress News, and Welcome. I wasn’t sure that it was Scribe, but I can’t figure out any other reason why it might be gone.

Perhaps it is just not offered anymore? I’ve been looking around and some images on their website do not show the stats feature.

This shows what I’m talking about in the comment above

(First of all, sorry for commenting so much, I’ve just been working on this on-off throughout my work day) Looking further into it, we may have upgraded our site to premium in between changing sites (I wasn’t familiar with the old site, so I wouldn’t have noticed the difference). Now I know this is the Scribe forum, but if you think that this could be why it’s gone, just let me know and I’ll be out of your hair.

If you are referring to the Welcome to WordPress metabox you can see a dismiss link in the top right of the screenshot. Once you have dismissed it, it does not show up again.

Yes, I’ve done that already, it just still shows up on the screen options. Not an issue. I’ve already resolved the “site stat” issue that I had, just ended up downloading a plugin for it.
