• Hi, out of curiosity, is there any reason why site stats and related posts would suddenly disappear off the wordpress dashboard/blog? We have Jetpack installed on a multisite network and have some reports of site stats all of a sudden missing of users dashboards? Any reason why they would just turn off like that?

Any thoughts/insights would be very helpful.
    Thanks

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

This is most likely because the site isn’t properly connected to WordPress.com anymore. Could you try the following:

    1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” at the bottom of the page if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
    3) Confirm the disconnection.
    4) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

If that doesn’t help, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Thanks!
