    Hi!

After upgrading to WP 4.3 and Jetpack 3.6.1 today, we lost all our stats. The only stats currently shown are the stats from today.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack to my WP account, I’ve also tried deactivating/reactivating the plugin, but unfortunately it did not make things better.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

Could you try to disconnect your site from WordPress.com by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and clicking on “My Jetpack” to access the disconnection options?

Once you’ve done so, let me know your site URL here and I’ll update your Jetpack options to solve the issue.
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

    Thanks!

Jeremy, can you help us get our stats back as well? I did not know setting up a subdomain with a cloned site would mess it up. Our website is thesnowmag.com and the subdirectory that i made that caused the problem is https://thesnowmag.com/ca.

Hope you can help we really enjoy the stats Jetpack creates for us!

    Thanks

@spookify Could you follow the instructions I posted above to disconnect your site from WordPress.com, and then start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

I’ll reply to you there as soon as the issue is fixed for your site.
