Site Stats not working

When I click on jetpack site stats from dashboard, I get this error message:

Jetpack contact form works
Using theme 2011 with no changes, wordpress 3.5.1
Same problem if I use firefox or chrome to log-in.
Isn’t a plug-in conflict, occurs when all turned offPlease provide SIMPLE suggestions for non-technical me.
