Site Stats Problem

    When I attempt to get my site stats from my admin control panel I receive the following message:

    Your WordPress.com account, r*****y is not authorized to view the stats of this blog. Currently access to stats is broken for some users and we are working on fixing this. Your stats are still being counted and will be visible once we restore access for your account.

    Any ideas on when this will be solved?

    Technically, it is a Plugin issue: either the WordPress.com Stats Plugin, or the JetPack Plugin.

    Are you saying that a re-installation of the plug in would solve it? Is the server that provides site stats down?

    It is currently a known issue that the Plugin developer (Automattic) is working on.
