Site stuck at “Transfer started”

    The plugin cannot get past the “Transfer started. Creating archives of files” stage, “first stage”, it creates the folders inside the uploads folder but they remain empty.
    I found out that the database uses custom titles, so instead of wp_options – it’s htch_options. Can this still work?

    I have:
    1. made sure permissions of all folders and files are correct
    2. checked the database size and removed any unused tables
    3. backed up and deleted all folders containing items not used (old copies, backup files)
    4. Disabled any plugin that wouldn’t affect the look of the site.
    5. Cleared cloudflare cache.

    The plugin automatically gets your tables prefix and uses them. That should not be a problem. Please, open a ticket in your Help Desk and provide the siteground-migrator.log file in your wp-content folder so we can look into it further.
