Site stuck on homepage

i googled and found some similar problems, but it seems most were when people messed with files, etc. i never do that because i am not good at that stuff. so i dont know why this is happening.

i woke up this morning and the site was stuck on one article from my site. it wouldnt go back to the homepage. i disabled all the plug ins, but then the site was stuck on the homepage. no matter what you click, it just stays there. i unpublished all the articles from the last day as well with no luck. any thoughts would be appreciated. site is https://www.proboxinginsider.com
