Site Suddenly Showing "My Title" in Browser Tab

My website’s name is no longer showing up in the browser tab. Instead, it just reads “My Title”. It used to show my site name, but not after I last updated.
My correct site title and tag line are saved in Settings>General. But it the browser tab still says My Title. Not sure what to do. My site is running Twenty Fourteen, if that makes a difference.
