• I have a site I’m trying to take care of for a friend. boschertowngokarts.com.
Something broke on it with my old host that I am ditching right now. I don’t know what they did, but they now claim they want me to hire their developer to fix it. Anyways, I am moving to a new host now. I uploaded the .zip file (original) that I got a few months back and used, nothing has changed on the design since it worked a few months ago. This is a pretty in depth wordpress site, which I’m trying to figure out but can’t. Anyways, it appears there is multiple themes used in it which I don’t know what part broke, however I noticed the images are not showing up so looking through the db file I noticed there was a lot pointing to wpengine. I uninstalled that, and removed the mu folder, but site is still not right. I changed the path to the logo file and it shows, however it’s not sized right so there is something else going on. Anyone know if wpengine will do this or am I looking in the wrong direction?? Yes i’m a newbie..
    THanks!

  • Your site can’t locate images, Did you try changing to default WordPress theme and reverting back to your themee? OR disabling your plugins one by one to see it resolves the issue. Alternatively you could also contact your hosting company’s support

ok I think I figured out the problem but don’t know how to fix it. The site uses a Divi builder portion to add images etc.. somehow that got wiped out. Is there a way to extract that from a .zip file of the entire site? so I can reproduce it?

I looked at the wayback machine to see what it was like before it broke, theres a big difference.

You should seek out help with Divi support stuffs. Also restoring backup would also help
