Site Times Out When Scanning

    I am just wondering if it is normal when doing a scan that the total site (domain.com) does not work as it seems when doing a scan I am unable to see/reach site, it tries to load and then just shows a 500 internal server error. This only happens when doing a scan of site.

    Any help would be great.

  • It might mean that you don’t have enough memory allocated in php.ini to handle the load. We recommend at least 128m of memory be allocated. Your hosting provider may have to help you with this.
