Site title added to the end of every page

    Hi there, for some reason our site title is all of a sudden being added to the end of every page, product and post when it appears in search. Double checked all the settings and ensured that site title is not included. Our separator icon is not a hyphen for wherever we have added more than just the page or product name, yet every search result has a hyphen and the site title. I have used Yoast for nearly two years and this all of a sudden started happening. Any ideas?

    Hello @winedrop

    Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. I can confirm what you described in search results. Since what you have entered in the Yoast SEO is showing in the page source, the issue is not with our plugin but Google. Have you?added your site to Google Search Console? I recommend request indexing?so Google can re-crawl your site and update their index.

    Hi @maybellyne , thank you for the feedback. My site has been indexed for a couple of years. I am not sure why it started doing it all of a sudden and not sure if reindexing every page on my site is the solution given that many have recently been crawled and the odd one I reindexed still has the site title at the end? I have also dropped in SERPS in the last little while.
