Site title and tag line gone

I’m not sure if I’m using 4.3 – I created it a few mos ago and I don’t see where to find the version I’m using. Anyhow, my site title and tag line have disappeared. I’m using P2 theme. I tried uploading a header image with the site title in it as a work around but the header won’t show up either. Another thing I noticed is all of a sudden it won’t switch to mobile site anymore either.
