Site title and tagline not showing on homepage tab

    Hello!

    The previous version of my website had the Portfolio page as the homepage and so I set the site title to “Onédas Design” and the tagline to “Design Profissional de Identidade Visual”. This was working fine.

    Now I made an update and the website still runs fine but I just noticed that even though I changed the homepage to a new one and switched the settings so the Portfolio page won’t be the homepage anymore, the site title and tagline still show for the Portfolio page and the homepage tab reads “Início|Onédas Design”.

    The correct settings should be the homepage tab reading “Onédas Design|Design Profissional de Identidade Visual” and the portfolio page tab reading “Portfólio|Onédas Design”.

    I’ve checked all settings, from the Settings menu, Jetpack menu, and Appearance menu and can’t find anything that looks off.

    Can someone help me find what I’m missing?

    I just solved it.
    It was the “Snippet preview” on the bottom of the page when I edit it. This is a setting of Yoast plugin.
