Site title doesn't appear in the tab

  • Hello everyone. I have this problem with my wordpress site , i don’t know why , when i open my site in a new tab instead of appearing the site title , it appears the last post title.
    In settings- appearance – site identity i put my site title .
    The site is called https://www.sprefericire.ro
