Site Title twice

Hey everyone,

I’m currently having a problem with my website that the title is being parsed twice: https://www.sg-carterpack.com/

I’ve got no idea why but it is quite annoying and I’d like to fix this, so does anyone know how to fix this rather annoying bug?
