Site Tree is not generating for Post types

We are using your plug-in. https://www.hcahamilton.com
The plug in is not generating a XML/Sitemap for our special post types which is
https://www.hcahamilton.com/?doctor=justin-m-fox-md-f-a-c-c
?post_type=doctor
Any ideas? Everything else showed up good!
