Thanks, this issue has been resolved and WordFence shouldn’t be flagging those URLs pretty soon!

Hello, it looks like the problem hasn’t been resolved yet, my antivirus is acting up when trying to reach your site so a virus of some sort is still there. Could you please fix the issue? Right now my site is linking to yours due to using your plugin. I don’t mind a link but it has to at least go to a clean site.
    Thank you!

This site is still flagged as compromised by Google, Firefox and Wordfence.

When I try to go to the plugin’s homepage (not the www.ads-software.com page) I get the errors.

    Please fix this.

Could you please comment on what is going on? Is there any concern about the plugin being the cause of this on your site? Or is it something else?

No, there is nothing wrong with the plugin. This is just some spammy links on my personal website, the plugin is hosted here on www.ads-software.com and is totally separate from that issue.

I have fixed the problem and moved my site to a more secure server, but it could take 24-48 hours for the DNS and Google to update and show the site as clean. Antivirus, Google, WordFence, etc, aren’t actively scanning my site in real time when you visit it, they are just reporting to you that it was flagged as bad.

Thanks for the update! I checked the code myself and did not find anything wrong with it. But it is good to know that you are of the same opinion.

Sucuri flags the site as clean now.

Good luck with your personal website & the plugin.

The plugin is really nice and it is good to know all is well.

@allm Thanks, glad to know it is showing up as clean on your end too!

Thank you for the update John. One more question if I may… if your site has been flagged by Google as hosting malware/viruses, the easiest way to “convince” Google that the site has been cleaned is via their Search Console (ex webmaster tools). If you’re only clicking “this site is safe” in your browser, it will take quite a couple days until Google will re-check the site.

@romaniucc Thanks, yes I did use the Search Console to try to speed up the process.

Thanks for the quick update Josh.
