Site unreachable/unsynching

for some reason, the malcare pro plugin has an issue connecting to my site. It will be fine for a few days then I have a notice that my site has unsynched. When I check the dashboard I see a notice stating my site is unreachable. I manually installed the plugin following the steps on the website.
