Site Updates Not Showing

So, I’ve been working on this site and I thought I had made a lot of progress, because the changes are showing when I visit it in chrome. However, when I look in other browsers and the client visits it in their computer the changes are not showing and the original template theme is. I’ve tried clearing the cache on the site and the cookies in the browsers, but nothing is helping. I’ve tried cache plugins and clearing it that way as well, but none of them help. I’m hoping someone knows a quick fix for this.
