Site Url Incorrect

    When trying to generate PDF, we are met with an error page stating ‘Site Url Incorrect’. When checking the E2PDF settings, it says ‘[ERROR]?Something went wrong!’. We also cannot access the E2PDF website, as this comes up with an error saying ‘HTTP ERROR 500’. Could somebody please advise?

    @andstankevicius I’ve managed to get the PDF’s loading again by going into the E2PDF settings and changing the ‘API Server’ from the default server to an EU one, but am still experiencing error messages in the WordPress backend. Hopefully this works for you too. I’ll leave this thread open until we get an official reply from the devs letting us know the problem is fully resolved

    Any suggestions on how to switch the server? Thanks!!!

    do I need to switch back to the default server or I can use EU?

    It’s up to you. You can continue usage of the EU server as the default API server.
