Site URL problem for moving site to root

Tried to change the site URL through settings but it botch the whole site. I got the site back up by adding the following to wp-config:
define(‘WP_HOME’,’https://capricciofarmnewfs.com/Wordpress’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’https://capricciofarmnewfs.com/Wordpress’);

However, Now I need to move the site out of the WordPress file to the root, but everything I’ve tried makes the whole site go to a 404 page.
