site using Customizr completely frozen

  • Hi! I was trying to do a mass edit on my Customizr site and now everything is frozen. I can’t log in or just visit the site. Any ideas how to fix this?

  • What is your site url?

    Best approach is to login via ftp and rename the customizr / child folders to something else (in wp-content>themes). WordPress (if it isn’t broken too), not finding Customizr / child, will default to the twentyfourteen theme. You should then get your dashboard back and can start from there to put things back together.
