Even deleting the plugin (renaming the folder it is in has no effect – code still runs – and is logged

    site is https://www.natureslens.co.uk

Really all I want to do now is delete the plugin and stop it running the queries it is – it ran fine for months, but this makes it unusable

If you have deleted the plugin then it should be impossible for Redirection to be causing the problem. Renaming the folder should also disable the plugin.
