Hi, my blog i.e. whateveriknow.com is not showing in google results as there is message in Google webmaster that

Some manual actions apply to entire site
Reason
Affects

Sneaky mobile redirects
Some pages on this site appear to be redirecting users on a mobile device to other content not made available to a search engine crawler.

So please help me that how can I fix this problem to show my blog in google results.
