site won’t load

worked fine until 3:00 pm pacific. Just got done editing a page. Then kablooey.
I can’t email or chat with wordpress.com experts as the continue button is grayed out. it shows no known site
Site loaded home page but the circle kept spinning like it was still trying to load
err too many redirects
in the error, it shows twenty-twentyone as the active theme instead of what I had just been working with 20 minutes earlier. My wp/admin is toast. I cannot access plugins, themes just show the defaults provided; my theme is not listed. When accessing pages it shows a page count of 29 but none are listed below. Media is not available.
Can’t check Cloudflare as left phone at work so can’t do two step. But when this happened.
If support could jsut clear it up enough to be able to reach them by chat please advise.
