Site wont remember user prefs.

  • Using Version 1.3.6 of theme.

    When set the resize, it reverts to default next time visit the site.
    Also, start menu pops up when revisit site.

    Both are supposed to stay as set.
    Seems like the cookie is not working correctly.
    Is there any way to fix this issue?
