site wont respect utf-8 in forms output

What kind of form and what’s the form of posting? With a php script? Are the wierd chacacters on your site or in the emails you get?

the form is inside a page and is in html.
the form method is post, it works fine.
the weird characters are in the emails i get.

Might be in your mime-type and langauge settings in your email client.
