• I updated this by accident through wordpress.com without a backup. Now one of my sites is on an endless reload loop as long as wooommerce is activated.
I deactivated all my plugins except woocommerce and switched to 2017 theme and the site still on a reload loop until I deactivate woocommerce so it’s not a conflict there. Site was fine las night before the update. On a managed dreamhost server using varnish. Have no idea of that’s a factor.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the previous woocommerce version assuming I can get that to work now that the database was updated?

You may need your DB cache flushed. If you know how to use WP-CLI, go in and type this: wp cache flush

If you don’t know how, open a tech support ticket with DreamHost and tell them this “Can you please flush memcached on my server? I’m getting an endless refresh on a DB upgrade.”

They should know what to do ?? If they don’t, let me know and I’ll go write “Flush Memcached” on the whiteboard again!

Thank you for responding so quickly! They did it for me, but the problem wasn’t resolved and they assume the problem is with woocommerce so there isn’t much I can do. Thankfully I was able to roll back the site to a previous version!

Bummer ?? I was really hoping that it was just a stuck DB cache.

It was a bug in the 3.0.0 release if a certain setting is enabled. It’s fixed in 3.0.1 which was just released.
