  • Your site’s homepage works fine for me on mobile: hamburger menu opens, menu links work, images display, and the site is certainly not “crashing”.

If the problem is only happening on some inner page, please outline the exact steps to reproduce the “crash”.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, it seems clearing the cache on the server worked it just took a couple of hours to affect. I don’t understand that side of it, makes no sense cache could affect mobile and not PC, so I was worried one of the plugins that auto updated threw something off.

I’m having the same issue with 2 sites, except in reverse. Mobile works fine, but desktop has crashed:

I deactivated LS Cache, then the site works fine. The site has been stable, and this issue arose out of the blue, so I suspect some recent plugin update problem. I played with various LS Cache settings but could not resolve the issue.

    Hi @alexx617 ,

I’ve checked your site and it’s currently loading up without any issues:

Hard to tell what issue exactly you’re facing with LS Cache, but if disabling it resolves the issue – some of the settings must be interfering with your theme or image loading.

Yes, the site loads fine at this moment as I deactivated the LS Cache plugin again. I had a client looking at the site who complained it was not working, so I deactivated LS Cache to keep them happy. Ha.
I tried adjusting just about every setting in LS Cache but could not find the conflict. Very time consuming …
