Yes there is a learning curve with this product. However, there is great support, at least for the pro version. I don’t know about the free version. After having my domain and all subdomains hacked, being blocked by google, and loosing my search ranking, I realize that you have to have something to combat being hacked. Now I can go through the log file and see how, daily, Bullet Proof is blocking numerous hackers and spammers.

The only problem I have had with the product is that it was blocking legitimate plugins at times. Sometimes I could find the solution in the forum, but when I could not, they logged into the backend and fixed the problem themselves.
