SiteGround Configuration

We have been trying to get the plugin to work on SiteGround. Their support has told us that they cannot assist us with NGINX configuration on shared hosting. I sent in a message on the plugin website but no response yet. Does this mean we cannot get this plugin to work on SiteGround?

This is the message in the dashboard when we try to add our feed.
