Hi @dreamifly, thanks for getting in touch.

What I suspect happened, based on your description, is that Site Kit was connected previously on your old domain but you didn’t reset Site Kit before making the domain change you have explained. This can result in the behavior you’re encountering, as the plugin would have different records and differing callback URL to your current site.

To try to resolve this, could you first please try a Site Kit reset. Once reset, do you encounter the same issue or are you able to now setup the plugin? You can also try first changing your domain back to the old one temporarily, performing the reset and then changing the domain back once more and attempting setup.

If you are still facing the issue , can you please try changing your site title, which will trigger Site Kit to fetch new records for your new domain name?(Settings > General > Site Title)? You can add a character at the end in order to do this.

Let me know how you get on with the above, or ask if you have any questions. If the same occurs, please share your?Site Health information?for the impacted site. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@dreamifly Thanks for sending the information. While I am reviewing the site health can I check if you also tried the reset after temporarily switching your site domain back to the original one? Or have you only tried this while still on the new domain?

@dreamifly Could I also please ask you to try following the troubleshooting steps here. If you are able to complete setup while in troubleshooting mode then this points to a plugin conflict.

I did the steps for plugin troubleshooting and I reset again the plugin during this mode and its work, but not clear what was the problem

@dreamifly Thank you for confirming this. As you could complete your setup while in troubleshooting mode, this points to there being a plugin conflict that was causing this issue to happen.

To highlight which plugin was the cause you can attempt to go through the setup again while enabling other plugins one by one until you see the issue. If you do find the conflicting plugin, please do let us know and I’d also recommend reaching out to that plugins support team with regard to the setup block.
