    Hi,

I have had the site kit setup on the domain robdanielimages.com for several years and everything was working as expected with connections to GA, GSC and GTM. Recently I made a change to the site url in wordpress settings to robdanielimages.com.au (change to tld but the wordpress url is still with the original tld of .com) and now I cant connect site kit to anything.

Things I have tried so far.
    – Resetting site kit under /tools
    – Re-installing site kit
    – Creating and verifying a Domain Property in Search Console for the new tld .com.au
    – Creating a new property/data stream for the new tld in Analytics
    – Activating default theme and deactivating all other plugins

Is there something else that i can try to get this working again?

    Cheers
    Rob

Hello @concepthub thanks for getting in touch and for explaining your issue in detail. I’d be happy to help you with this. When you performed the Site Kit reset from tools did you first revert your site URL back to the original or not? If you did not then would it be possible to try this? As you have already done this I am not sure it will work but if you could try then that would be useful to know.

If this doesn’t work then we may need to check your record on the Site Kit service and update this for you to get you back up and running but lets first see if you can try the above step.

Could you also share your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred. If you have any questions on the above then let me know. ?
