SiteKit rest api 401 error while setting up adsense at wp.com business plan

@thecodebreaker just a quick update that we’ve been able to recreate the issue and are in touch with WP.com to work on how to resolve it. We have a trackable issue open here: https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/1926

Hello, I am also getting the same error for connecting adsence. Error: The response is not a valid JSON response.

Please advise how to solve the issue

@thecodebreaker thanks for following up. We’re in contact with their team, so no need to update the support reps there. They are currently working on a fix for this.

I just heard from the WP.com support team that the issue is fixed and deployed to production.The adsense linking is working perfectly now.Thanks for the amazing support.
