    Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

    @nirajverma1502,

    Based on your post, it sounds like you may be attempting to upload from a backup. If that is the case, it may be safe to say that the backup you’re using is infected. I would recommend that you ascertain the version of WordPress that you’re running. One of the easy ways to determine the version you’re running while the website is producing errors and potentially inaccessible, is to use FTP, SSH, or you host’s File Manager to download and open a file called version.php in the wp-includes folder of your website. Once you know the version, you can get a fresh clean copy of that WordPress version at the link below. Perform a backup before proceeding. Once you have a backup in hand, go ahead and overwrite the existing problem files wp-settings.php and post.php. This should resolve the error you’re seeing. Once you have access to your website again, perform any outstanding updates.

    WordPress Release Archive:

    After applying updates to the website and getting things working correctly again, seeking to enhance your website’s security is critical in avoiding future issues. Another vendor, in addition to the ones Steve mentioned, is SiteLock, which happens to be the vendor mentioned in the signature title for the malware and the subject of this post. You’re seeing that labeling because your hosting company used SiteLock’s malware database to detect the issue.
