    hi, your plugin says your plugin will generate a new sitemap every 12 hours, but my site map is filled with errors and other issues after I audit my site to figure out why some of my menu links don’t take you to the corresponding pages

    How do I get your plugin to create a new clean sitemap to see if that fixes the issues I’m experiencing?

    Hello @unwantedlife!

    Firstly, Jetpack’s sitemap feature automatically updates every 12 hours. If you want to force an update, you can try the following:

    • Install and activate the WP Crontrol plugin.
    • Go to Tools → Cron Events page.
    • Search for “sitemap” in the list of “Cron Events” and click the “Run Now” link under the hook.

    This should trigger an immediate update of the sitemap.
