    Hello @amazinghulk,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You mentioned that you are receiving the error below for your page and post sitemaps:

    Your Sitemap does not contain any URLs. Please validate and resubmit your Sitemap.

    Can you please confirm that you submitted only the XML sitemap index /sitemap_index.xml/? If you submitted both post-sitemap.xml and page-sitemap.xml, we suggest that you delete all the sitemaps, clear the cache from your theme, plugin, server, CDN like CloudFlare or browser. If you are not sure how to clear caching from theme/plugin please speak to those authors. If you want to clear cache from the server, please speak to your host provider. To clear the cache from a browser use this guide: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-clear-my-browsers-cache/. Then resubmit only the sitemap_index.xml.

    Also, please check that you are submitting the sitemap index located at https://luckypicker.com/sitemap_index.xml and that the verified property on Google Search Console that you are submitting the sitemap on is the HTTPS version of the site?

    I had submitted both post-sitemap.xml and page-sitemap.xml. Per your instructions, I have now deleted all sitemaps, cleared WP Rocket cache, cleared Cloudflare cache, and browser cache.

    I have resubmitted the only sitemap_index.xml but I still get the same error https://i.postimg.cc/QtBn9FTk/3.jpg

    My property is verified and I have submitted a sitemap on its HTTPS version.

    @amazinghulk,

    Since the aforementioned suggestions do not make a difference, we recommend contacting Google as the sitemap is appearing and is working correctly. You may contact Google by making a post on their forums: https://productforums.google.com/forum/?rd=1#!forum/webmasters.

    That is the same suggestion you gave me a few months ago when I reported an issue with another site for tags appearing in search results despite being set to noindex. Nobody ever responded there and the issue still persists.

    That is just a forum and not an official support channel or something.

    The issue has been discovered. One of the settings in my security plugin was blocking Google from fetching a sitemap.

    @amazinghulk Thanks for updating us on what was causing the issue, and we’re glad to hear it has been resolved. If you should need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.
