Sitemap Character Not Escaped

Hi,

I recently ran into a MYSQL error that the sitemap.xml file was generating. Apparently the apostrophe of one of my tag title was not being escaped properly. Has anyone reported this issue before? I can’t safely use the plugin unless this is addressed.
