Sitemap Column setting ignored

    I’ve set my sitemap “HTML Sitemap display” to 2 columns. Under Source tabs (Menu, Posts, Pages), I’ve set some of these to display in Column 2. Regardless of these settings, content only ever displays in Column 1. Column 2 never contains any content. Why not?
