Sitemap doesn’t take the full slug project

Hello, I have create this slug in my project : france/mpg_slug
but the sitemap doesn’t keep the “france/” and add just the mpg_slug shortcode.
Ex of MPG page generated : https://office-tourisme.com/france/office-tourisme-beton-bazoches
Sitemap https://office-tourisme.com/office-tourisme-sitemap.xml returns https://office-tourisme.com/office-tourisme-beton-bazoches so a 404 error in Search Console. Thanks for your support. FrankThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
