Sitemap Empty

Hello Support,
We have an issue on one of our website.
Currently, the sitemap link generated by the plugin has a header but no links.

We already tried the following but nothing worked:

- https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/
- https://kb.yoast.com/kb/my-sitemap-is-blank-what-s-wrong/
- https://kb.yoast.com/kb/sitemap-error-incorrect-namespace/
- https://kb.yoast.com/kb/xml-sitemaps-apache/
- Updating permalinks
Because it is not working, we have disabled the Sitemap from the plugin and used another Sitemap plugin.
Anyways, do you have any more steps that we should do to resolve the issue?
